At Code Verse Media, we stand behind the quality of our work. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for services rendered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of project completion/delivery.

2.2 Valid Reasons: Refunds may be considered for:

  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon services
  • Material breach of service agreement
  • Significant deviation from project specifications
  • Duplicate or erroneous payments

2.3 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Completed work that meets agreed specifications
  • Services already rendered
  • Third-party costs (domain fees, licenses, etc.)
  • Deposits for cancelled projects

3. Refund Process

3.1 Submission:

  • Submit written request to Help@codeversemedia.com
  • Include project details and reason for request
  • Attach supporting documentation

3.2 Evaluation:

  • Our team will review within 5 business days
  • May request additional information
  • Will provide written determination

3.3 Approval:

  • Approved refunds processed within 10 business days
  • Issued via original payment method
  • May deduct costs for work completed

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where:

  • Project was partially completed
  • Some deliverables were accepted
  • Work was partially satisfactory

We may issue proportional refunds based on:

  • Percentage of work not completed
  • Value of unsatisfactory deliverables
  • Costs incurred

5. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be granted for:

  • Change of mind after work begins
  • Delays caused by client (late feedback, etc.)
  • Failure to provide required materials
  • Services modified per client request
  • Projects cancelled after commencement

6. Dispute Resolution

If unsatisfied with our refund determination:
6.1 We will attempt good-faith resolution
6.2 May offer service credits or rework
6.3 Final recourse through [mediation/legal channels]

7. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend this policy with 30 days notice
  • Make exceptions at our discretion
  • Update refund procedures as needed
